The Mission of The Players Workshop is to:

• Inspire, nurture, challenge, educate and empower our artists and audiences with a focus on inclusion and quality to provide customer satisfaction and ensure the future of the Players Workshop.

• Improve administrative and operational procedures, generate revenue to ensure a sound financial future, and preserve our history.

• Produce a variety of theatrical seasons that engages our patrons and offers an outlet for creative talents within the community.

• Provide a youth program to introduce all aspects of the theater to the next generation.

• Encourage volunteerism and active participation of those interested in the theater.

• Find creative ways to promote our theater.

• Maintain the theater and grounds to be functional, safe, attractive, and inviting.
